Symptoms
On : APEX 21.2 version, Flow Builder
When attempting to use the Theme Roller,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

"This Theme Style Doesn't Support Theme Roller Customization"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps
1. Login to Workspace
2. Click App Builder.
3. Click on Application
4. Runt he application with Debug mode enabled so the debug bar shows on the bottom
5. In the debug bar click [Customize] and the option "Theme Roller"
