Goal
The Resignation Reason field gets blank when the approver Edit the transaction and changes the Last Working Day of the employee after the resignation is submitted.
1. Employee submits the resignation
> Reason - has value
2. Approver receives the notification to approve > Click on Edit
> After changing the last working day - the Reason field is reset and doesn't show any value
