Symptoms

When attempting to perform:

the following error occurs:

The person already has a work relationship of this type with this legal employer (PER-1530236).

You can't create an additional work relationship of the same type within the same legal employer. For example, if the existing work relationship is employee, you can't create an employee work relationship again.
