Symptoms
Error attempting a global transfer for an employee.
The employee did previously work as an employee for a different legal employer, but that work relationship is terminated, so the system should be able to re-activate and update the profile accordingly.
Error:
The person already has a work relationship of this type with this legal employer (PER-1530236).
You can't create an additional work relationship of the same type within the same legal employer.
For example, if the existing work relationship is employee, you can't create an employee work relationship again.

1. Go to Local and Global Transfer
2. Attempt to perform the transfer
