Users Able To See Workbooks Not Assigned To Them In DV Homepage (Doc ID 2857366.1)

Symptoms

Users have consumer permission and are able to see workbooks that are not assigned to them in the DV homepage. When this Workbooks are opened, they get Error

Customer ask is DV home page should show only workbooks that the logged in user have privileges. Other workbooks, dashboard and reports should not be displayed on the home page.
