Symptoms
When trying to enter a basic eSignature on the M*** W*** (Native eSignature)’ task., the below error message is received:
Your full name must be exactly the same as the full name available in our records. Try again. (PER-1532291)
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Test Employee Email: ***
2. Employee navigates to Me>Journeys
3. Click on ‘Enterprise Onboarding’
4. Click on ‘XX Onboarding Process’
5. Expand the ‘Native eSignature’ task.
6. Enter the Name and Email
7. Click See document
8. Then Click the ‘Done’ button
status failed:
Error: status failed. you need to enter the name that matches the name we have in our record (PER-1532291)
