Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
While trying to evaluate Open Enrollment from Batch Process>Evaluate Scheduled Event Participation> choose Life event Open, Program, the following error is seen:
ERROR
ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: NULL index table key value
We will take the example of the following scenario where 2022 Scheduled dates for Open events are:
| Enrollment Period Start Date | 1st October 2021 |
| Enrollment Period End Date | 31st Dec 2021 |
| Assigned Life Event Date | 1st Jan 2022 |
User has added a New Option A to plan hierarchy B with Effective Start date 01.01.2022 .
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Benefits Administration
2. Evaluation and Reporting>Processes
3. Life Event Processes>Evaluate Scheduled Event Participation
4. Submit
Changes
This error occurs if there is a change in program or plan design setup with incorrect effective start dates of new benefits objects added.
