Getting error while uploading Receipt Classes and Methods using Configuration Package

STEPS

1) Navigate to > Setup and Maintenance > Financials > Customer Payments
2) Task - Manage Receipt Classes and Methods, select Actions > Export To CSV > Create New > Submit > OK
3) Task - Manage Receipt Classes and Methods, select Actions > Export To CSV > Ready for download > Download File
4) Zip file will be downloaded with 4 csv files and 1 xml file
5) Open csv file in excel and make changes
6) Task - Manage Receipt Classes and Methods > Import From CSV File > Create New
7) Choose the CSV File Package
8) Click Submit
