Symptoms
Allocations between virtual CDs with the same physical CD failing with publishing error.
Allocations between virtual CDs with the same physical CD should publish without any errors
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 - Create an allocation where source and destination are virtual CDs within the same physical CD.
2 - Change something in the head of this allocation
3 - See in the alloc_mfqueue table that the messages of type AllocFulRep and AllocHdrMod are generated and are not consumed, generating an error in the adapter.
Due to this issue, users cannot publish the allocation.
