ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

HelpDesk - Outbound Emails Not Delivered (Intermittent Issue)

Some users reported that they didn't receive the outbound emails in their email.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
recipients expected to received messages sent from Service Requests

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From existing SR, send Response message
2. Recipient did not receive email

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, some users are not receiving the messages.
