Symptoms

Learn Catalog search is not working when attempting to search the catalog.  For example: typing the course name in the search box on the self-service Learning landing page through Me > Learning. Learners proceeding to click the Browse Catalog button does not yield results, nor does searching within the catalog. This issue can occur intermittently

Learning Specialists can still browse and edit the catalog from the admin UI through My Client Groups > Learning
