Symptoms


Learn Catalog search is not working when they use the search box on the self-service Learning landing page through Me > Learning. For Learners proceeding to click the Browse Catalog button does not yield results, nor does searching within the catalog.  This may also seem to work intermittently.

Learning Specialists can still browse and edit the catalog from the admin UI through My Client Groups > Learning.

Patching or upgrading can affect these jobs, as well as users who believe the jobs are not running and schedule a duplicate.
