Failure Of Messages In RIB-RMS Due to Re-processing In RIB-OB (Doc ID 2859140.1)

The FulfilOrdApprDel, FulfilOrdTsfCre, FulfilOrdStDlvCre message types are stuck in RIB-RMS which came in as apart of reprocessing messages from RIB-OB, 

Where reprocessing was done due to messages stuck in POSTED status in OB which is not reaching RMS.
During the re-processing these messages stuck with respective failure messages as below:
RMSSUB_FULFILORD.CONSUME(?,?,?,?)}: [E] The customer order number/fulfill order number/source loc ID/fulfill loc ID/item/item line number combination already exists.  Customer order no xxxx-001, Fulfill order no xxxxxx.

How to resolve these failure in future when messages are re-processed?
