Symptoms

Acquisition_cost and ELC_amt columns are not being calculated in future_cost table when expenses are associated to item.

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Setup required cost events in ASYNC mode in COST_EVENT_RUN_TYPE_CONFIG table.
  2. Set consolidation_ind to 'N' in system_options and ensure data with exchange_type 'C' is not present in currency_rates and mv_currency_conversion_rates.
  3. Create a new item, and range to Franchise and to costing locations, attach expenses and verify future_cost data.
