On : 22.214.171.124.0 version, Inventory
When a new user is attempting to search for Transfer Order,
the following error occurs.
A party could not be found for the requester provided on the line.
ORA-06512: at FUSION.INV_TO_PROCESS_ORDERS_PKG, line 6745
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps by a NEW user:
1. Navigate to Inventory Management -> Manage Item Quantities
2. Enter details
3. Actions-> Request Transfer Order
4. Enter details (Organization details)
-> User unable to search the submitted order in Manage Transfer Order.
-> When checking the reference number in Supply Chain Orchestration, the error stated above occurs
