OMC: Multiple Added OUD Proxy Instances Overwrite Previous Entities Display Name

Symptoms
There are multiple OUD proxy instances running on a single VM and each instance uses a different port.
Discovering the first instance is successful. Discovering a second instance overwrites certain information for the previously discovered instance.
For example the display name in OMC console changes.
The OMC Agent record for the entity list shows the old OUD Proxy instance and there is no new instance recorded.
