Goal

On : 11.13.21.10.0 version, Procurement

Can change notifications be sent on a contract after it has been approved and active?

Business requirement:

Once contract is approved and Active and the user then creates and adds a fulfillment line and any changes are done:

1. Application should be able to send out notifications.
2. Notification on the changes should be sent to the Buyers
3. Once the contract is Closed/Terminate notifications should be able to be sent to the Buyers or other specific person
