Not Able To Run Diagnostic Test after Upgrade to 22A (Doc ID 2861203.1)

Symptoms

Users are not able to view 'Run Diagnostic Tests' from the menu option starting from 22A.

Users expect to be able to use this functionality as they did before upgrade.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

 Once selecting the Test Name and clicking on Add to Run, the page becomes unresponsive and is not displayed properly. The same issue occurs when using Chrome, Edge, Firefox and after clearing caches.
