When attempting to change the date of birth (DOB) for a contact to one day after original date entered, the following error occurs:

The date of birth is later than the start date of the person record (PER-1530408).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to contact record from Person Management page
2. Attempt to edit DOB.
3. Error occurs.
