Why Am I No Longer Seeing the Work Order Tab In The Service Request? (Doc ID 2861569.1)

On : 11.13.21.10.0 version, Work Orders

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Why Am I No Longer Seeing Work Order Tab In The Service Request? Therefore, I am unable to create new Generic Work Orders.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced using the following steps:

1. Setup & Maintenance > Service > Work Order > Manage Work Order Integration

2. No longer seeing the Work Order tab in the Service Request layout, therefore I no longer see the Work Order landing page.


Changes

 The following change was made when this issue started happening:

1. Navigate to Setup & Maintenance

2. Service

3. Work Order

4. Manage Work Order Integration

a. Enabled ORA_WO_INT_OFSC. Clicked Save and Close.

b. Performed some testing and decided this was not the right option. So I repeated the steps:

c. Made the following updates:

1. DISABLED ORA_WO_INT_OFSC
2. ENABLED ORA_WO_INT_SVC as it was before

3.  Clicked Save and Close.

Now I am no longer seeing the Work Order tab in the Service Request layout and I no longer see the Work Order landing page.
