Location Delivery Schedules START_TIME and END_TIME Show as DATE in DB Viewer and Not TIME (Doc ID 2861690.1)

Location Delivery Schedules in MFCS.

The SOURCE_DLVRY_SCHED_DAYS table shows START_TIME and END_TIME as 01/01/1970, when it should should show the time values entered in the delivery schedule via the UI

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to MFCS
2. Navigate to Manage Supplier > More Actions > Delivery schedules
3. Location Delivery Schedules window opens in MFCS
4. Select the Destination Location as Warehouse and enter Warehouse_Id
5. Select Manage Delivery Schedules > Frequency as Everyday
6. Start time as 10:00 and end time as 11:00
7. Click on Ok
8. Delivery Schedules can be viewed in "Location Delivery Schedules " Screen
9. Query the table : select * from SOURCE_DLVRY_SCHED_DAYS where location='';
10. Observe the records Start_Time, End_Time in DB show only 01/01/1970 and not the times entered in the UI.
