Symptoms

On : 11.13.22.01.0 version, Webservice

encountering an error in assigning bill to contact if the customer used has multiple bill to contact records

Applying List binding LOV_BillToContactName with given set of values leads to multiple matching rows for a row of type:ContractHeaderEO_BillPlan_ContractHeaderVOToBillPlanVO_BillPlanVO, key oracle.jbo.Key[<LOV_BillToContactName>]</tns:message><tns:severity>SEVERITY_RECOVERABLE_ERROR

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Using payload along BillToContactName or BillToContactEmail
