Is it possible to limit the field of messages on SR? The goal is for Agents only enter SmartText options, nothing else. 

Navigation from Homepage:

1. Service

2. Service Requests

3. Open existing Service Request or Create New Service Request

4. Messages

5. Click Compose, select Response
