On : 11.13.21.10.0 version, Partner Management
Unable to promote Account to Partner
Getting error when trying to promote Account to Partner account:
Error: A record with the value 754351 already exists. Enter a unique value.
We have a Sales Account in our system that we need to promote to a Partner account.
Click on Create Partner
Remove owner
Remove Partner number and put current Sales Account Customer Number in the Partner number field.
Enter address info
Save and Continue
Then get the error
When searching for the Partner in the UI and REST it does not show up.

Due to this issue, users cannot promote Account to Partner Account.
