Absence Transactions failed with error: "The record Supervisor doesn't exist." while using GetRepresentative attribute in Absence Approval rules

ORABPEL-30082 WorkflowServiceEngine request to another component failed. Request operation CallFunctionStateless from default/HcmGblAbsencesRecordingApprovalComposite!11.13.21.07.0/AbsencesApprovalsTask to AbsencesApprovalsTaskRules failed with Business Fault: null. Check the underlying fault. Check target SOA component for cause.
