Scope

 Scope/Exceptions

The scope of the process is to facilitate both Internal and External PaaS and IaaS customer requests to update the IDCS Account Administrator Role, when the existent (original) Administrator is unable to perform the change Self-Service and access to the tenancy is impacted/limited.
Once a new federated user with Cloud Account Administrator permissions is added (either through Support or Self-service by following this Procedure), the update needs to be completed by mapping the new administrator to the default Groups.
