Purpose
This document covers the steps required for mapping a newly-appointed Cloud Account Administrator to the default Administrator groups, once the role has been created through Support.
Scope
In order to comply with Security guidelines, the Support team can no longer perform a full set of Operations on customer owned accounts.
Maintaining access and managing access to a tenant is also noted in the Ordering Document as being part of the customer responsibility.
For exceptional situations where required evidence is provided on limited (or no) availability of the designated Cloud Account Administrator, Support can assist with adding the < cloud account admin role> at IDCS level, per Internal Process.
