Mashup Content URL Not Working Properly (Doc ID 2862515.1)

Last updated on MAY 06, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion B2B Service Cloud Service - Version 11.13.22.01.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

In the Service Request page, we have created a tab and added mashup content.

The mashup content should be taking the user into 3rd party application. Users currently access the 3rd party application which is redirected from "Sales Support" page entry tile on the springboard.

A mashup content was created to reference this page entry and open the Sales Support page directly from the Service request, however this is no longer working after our last P2T. It is now taking the user to the Fusion application home page instead of into the Sales Support 3rd party application.

To reproduce issue:
Navigate to a Service Request > Select  Sales Support Tab > Observe iFrame opens and user is taken to the homepage (Springboard).

Expected result:
User will be taken into the 3rd party application as if they simply selected the Sales Support page entry from the springboard.
