Symptoms

Create Cost Accounting Distributions show Warning for 'Intravaluation unit transfer'

Users observe multiple transactions ending in 'Warning' 
 

Error

Costing of the shipment is pending for the receipt transaction to determine the valuation unit because the account intravaluation unit transfers option is disabled.





Steps To Reproduce

1. Run create Cost Accounting Distributions
2. Observe reported warning
