Symptoms
- Navigate to Fusion Middleware Control Enterprise Mnager (EM) > biinstance > Configuration tab > Performance sub-tab
- Click lock and Edit.
- Edit any values for BI Server Cache or Presentation Server
- Click Apply
The follow errors are presented and you are unable to configure the values.
| Maximum cache entry size | X The number must be between 1 and 0. |
| Maximum cache entries | X The number must be between 1 and 0. |
| Expiry Time | X The number must be between 1 and 0. |
| Number of Rows | X The number must be between 1 and 0. |
| Number of Rows | X The number must be between 1 and 0. |
| Number of Rows | X The number must be between 1 and 0. |
