Symptoms

In Data Management, attempt to add Target Application from a Cloud instance located in the same OCI data center fail with error 403 Forbidden.

Following error is reported in the UI (at EPM Cloud Credentials)

Error in retrieving applications from cloud environment:
GET https://xxxxxxx.ocs.oraclecloud.com/aif/rest/V1/applications/ returned a response status of 403 Forbidden


Changes

Network Restricted Access (IP whitelisting) is enabled.
