Goal

Why is scheduled admin task 'Weekly Forecast' which is set to run on Sunday at 9:05 pm, instead running on Saturday night? It is set to run weekly, with the day selected as Sunday and the time selected at 9:05 pm. The same is happening with Daily tasks, scheduled to run during the night.
