Symptoms

Connection Error in RIB

Messages pushed to RIB have failed to make it into MFCS due to XA Connection error.
Standard xitemloc messages were processed into RIB in chunks but all 6500 message have failed with XA Connection error. There is no workaround for the issue.

Cannot obtain XAConnection oracle.jms.AQjmsException: Cannot obtain XAConnection

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Publish XitemLoc messages to MFCS via RIB
2. XA Connection error observed
3. No messages processed into MFCS
