Goal

Half_data_budget.dat template file shows below column data type upto 4 digit precision but when we are trying to import the data using DC Tool it is showing error "Invalid format Use the format 99999999D99" for the column "SHRINKAGE_PCT".
It is taking only up to 2 digit precision and it seems like some configuration issue.

COLUMN_NAME:SHRINKAGE_PCT
DATATYPE:NUMBER(12,4)
