Symptoms

On : 19.4 version, Batch Jobs

When attempting to run the inventory extract batch job, job fails and the following error occurs.

ERROR
---------
oracle.retail.sim.common.core.SimServerException: Inventory export staging directory is not a directory: /u01/retail/sim/batch/staging/out/inventory

Steps to Reproduce:

1.Go to Task >Admin >Technical Maintenance >Job Admin
2.Click on Ad hoc Job to execute a batch
3.Select Inventory extract and execute

Batch fails.
