Duplicate Accounts On Expansion On FRS Reports (Doc ID 2863706.1)

There is an issue on FRS reports where when the user expands one section of the report, then clicks Expand All, the original expanded section gets duplicated on the report.

Temporary solution is is to only click Expand all without manually expanding any rows, but the requirement is to allow manually expanding any section, then still be able to use the Expand all functionality and not have an incorrect report with duplicate information.
