On : 11.13.21.10.0 version, Define Project Plan & Schedule
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Project Commitment Fields are not visible under Forecast
The 'Commitments Exist', 'Total Commitments (Quantity)' and 'Total Commitments (Raw Cost)' are not visible under Forecast.
'Actual Amount' - column is visible, but cost is not appearing/not capturing.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Being able to see all the needed columns.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Projects > Project Financial Management > Search For Project Number#xxx> Click on Manage Project Forecast > Click on Latest version > Edit Forecast Page appears > Under Forecast Lines tab - here we don't see below mentioned columns
