Symptoms
Punchout
Unable to punchout item from specific supplier
The system returns an error
ERROR

An error occurred in communicating to the punchout site defined in the catalog <Catalog Name>. Contact the Procurement Application Administrator (POR-2010057)
The response from the supplier site is invalid. The error code is 401
Error Disgnostic returns the message
CART_INVALID
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up punchout catalog
2. Test Connection > ends in success
3. Attempt to create a punchout requisition
4. Select an item
5. Complete the punchout request
6. See error
An error occurred in communicating to the punchout site defined in the catalog <Catalog Name>. Contact the Procurement Application Administrator (POR-2010057)
The response from the supplier site is invalid. The error code is 401
7. Punchout Diagnostic output returns the message
CART_INVALID
