OCI: OL7 Instance Aborts Boot Into Dracut's Prompt After net-lib.sh "syntax error in expression" and "error token" Error (Doc ID 2864180.1)

Symptoms

After presenting the below errors in Console History during boot, the system enters Dracut's prompt:

[ OK ] Mounted Configuration File System.
[ OK ] Reached target System Initialization.
[ OK ] Listening on Open-iSCSI iscsiuio Socket.
[ OK ] Reached target Sockets.
[ OK ] Reached target Basic System.
[ OK ] Found device BlockVolume 3.

[ OK ] Started File System Check on /dev/d...ced-8986-43e4-8229-0775eb9bc795.

The Boot sequence can be normally resumed by typing the "exit" command and the system works normally after that.

If the system is rebooted, the issue repeats.
