Shipment BOL Information Is Not Available Through Transfer Shipment Web Service (Doc ID 2864389.1)

Goal

For fetching the details for transfer shipment records, SIOCS, has the base web service operation available TransferShipmentService : readTransferShipmentDetail.
URL for web service : https://***MASKED***/TransferShipmentBean/TransferShipmentService?WSDL

The response from readTransferShipmentDetail operation : readTransferShipmentDetailResponse provides only the shipment bol id related to the transfer shipment and not sharing the details about the shipment bol.

Vendor shipment related webservice , readVendorShipmentDetail gives the details about the related shipment BOL in tag : StrVnsBol.
