Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud: Error Updating Approval Rule in Transaction Console (Doc ID 2864478.1)

Symptoms

Problem Description:

When attempting to Update Approval Rules, when deleting one of the Stages the following error occurs.

 

ERROR

An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.

An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 5, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_as1_03, Application Name: ORA_HCM_UIAPP

 

Steps:

  1. Navigate to Transaction Console
  2. Select Transaction Rules
  3. Select Approval Rule
  4. Click Edit and Remove Stage
  5. Save
  6. Error will appear
