Symptoms

Three Inbound Shipments interfaces stuck on the input interface.

On our production environment, we have three inbound shipment stuck on the Input Interface with the error message: Exception creating IB Shipment Container Lock: ORA-00001: unique constraint (ADMIN.IBSCL_UKEY) violated,QA

The shipments are: 260772, 260696, and 260262.

If I look for those shipments on the Inbound Shipment UI screen, I could not find these shipments, so I don't know why OWMS is finding duplicated records.

We need to receive those shipments into the system.
