Symptoms

On : 19.0 version, Allocation Maintenance

Available Qty is incorrect when creating multiple allocations against the same PO.

When creating multiple allocations against the same PO/Item/WH source,
previously allocated and approved quantities are not take into account in the source available qty calculation in subsequent allocations against the same PO source.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create and approve a purchase order.
2. Create and approve an allocation for one of the items.
3. Create a second allocation for the same PO and item in Allocs.
5. Verify that field Available Quantity on the Review section is showing the full qty of the PO available (ignoring the allocation we've created and approved on step 2).
