Unusual volume observed in F1_MO_UP table for few MDM MO for capturing ongoing changes to

For the GDE process, user is extracting ongoing/initial extract data from CCS. It can be observed that F1_MO_UPD table, which captures primary keys for ongoing changes, shows unusual volumes for MDM objects and this is causing F1-GEEXO ongoing extract batch with 1 or 5 threads to run for hours, requiring us to terminate the batch and Gas South team is unable to proceed with testing GDE for ongoing extract files. It has been stated by data migration team (Wipro) that they have not added any new data to PROD environment or TEST01 environment the counts are identical, and that this would not be a conversion issue. Requesting the team to confirm on how these MDM related MO records are populated in this table when MDM related MOs are getting created/updated in CCS and how it could be purged.
