FulFillment Orders are in 'Posted' Status from Order Broker but not Reached RICS (Doc ID 2865320.1)

Goal

FulFillment Orders are 'posted' from Order Broker application but they did not reach the downstream applications (MFCS, SIM and WMS). RIB-ROB_Fulfil_Order_Publisher adapter is not showing the message information and the adapter log is also not getting rotated.
