Nothing Happens When Attempting to Copy a User Defined Report (UDR)

Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
While viewing a User Defined Report (UDR), nothing happens when clicking the "gear" icon on the left and selecting Copy.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Users that can view and run a UDR should be able to Copy it.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Login to Unifier and navigate to the Company or Shell level User Defined Reports.
- Select the UDR to be copied.
- Click the Gear icon and select Copy.
- The reported issue occurs (nothing happens).
- Log out and log back in as an Administrator.
- Navigate to the same Company or Shell level User Defined Reports as above and select the same UDR.
- Click the Gear icon and select Permissions.
- Note that the user in Steps 1-4 only has View & Run permissions.
- Select the Edit Report permission for the user and Save the change.
- Login to Unifier as the original user.
- Now the Edit User Defined Report window opens; the user can make the desired changes and save the new report.
