Goal
Error Creating Supplier Site ORG UNIT.
Getting an error while creating a supplier site 999998. The error is "Supplier 999998 is not related to any Org unit ID".
Expectation is that Org Unit option will show up under More Actions menu when creating a new Supplier SITE for assigning the Org Unit but there is no option under More Actions menu for assigning ORG UNIT.
Steps To Recreate:
1. Create New Supplier SITE for a new Supplier
2. Enter all Required Data
3. Save and Close
4. Will receive ERROR
