ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

There are many objects/Links are appearing in navigator and springboard which were not exist/Hidden for users before 22A Upgrade.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

They should not show up
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Application
2. Navigate to Springboard


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot organize the springboard.
