Associate Assets and Work Orders to Help Desk Requests-Unable to See Maintenance Work Orders in ISR Page

We are implementing the Internal Service Request module and also enabling the feature to associate Assets and work orders to the ISR/Helpdesk requests.

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Click the Tasks icon.
2. Click the Search link.
3. Enter Manage Administrator Profile Values in the Search field.
4. Click the Search icon.
5. Click the Manage Profile Options link.
6. On the Manage Administrator Profile Values page, enter the Profile Option Code:
SVC_NG_ENABLE_MAINTENANCE_HELPDESK
7. Click Search.
8. In the Profile Values region, set the Profile Value for Site to Y.
9. Click Save and Close.
10. Click Done.

 

But the WO section is not showing on ISR page.
