Error : Cannot update public IP assigned to an entity of type NAT_GATEWAY (Doc ID 2865677.1)

Symptoms

Customer has a reserved IP Address used in NAT Gateway and is trying to update the tag for this particular IP assigned to the NAT Gateway.

Editing the tag which is linked with this IP that is assigned to the NAT Gateway is not working. See attached screenshot which contains the error message.
