Shipment Action Release Ground Schedule Does Not Delete Ship Unit From Original Stop (Doc ID 2865763.1)

Symptoms

For some ground schedule shipments, OTM insert Ship units in the final stop

For ground schedule shipments with different ground schedule when user releases a ground schedule, the empty stops are removed and the stops re sequenced but corresponding ship units are not deleted from original stop. They are inserted into the new stop
