OSN Button Not Working from FA Objects Like Receivables Transactions and Payables Invoice and the FA UI Freezes (Doc ID 2865983.1)

When the Oracle Social Network (OSN) Social icon is selected, the OSN UI never appears and all other icon/features in FA become frozen.  This occurs for many FA apps but not all. 

Some of those identified as experiencing the issue are: Account Receivables / Transactions, Account Payables / Invoices, General Ledger.
